  1. Curd doesn't have as much protein as chicken breast or salmon or any other animal protein source. Lentils are not even complete protein (though nutritious nonetheless). I am guessing the video is by some vegetarian.

  2. Im pretty sure each of our bodies needs a different amount of food/calories/nutrition, and our bodies will tell us what we need by our cravings. And pregnant women need protein from animal sources, there have been many babies that have suffered because there is some insane craze now to go vegan.
