Launched in 2018, the Elvie Pump was one of the first breast pumps to introduce a truly wireless, discreet and portable design that could be worn comfortably inside a bra, allowing women to pump milk without being tethered to a wall outlet or dealing with bulky equipment.

Is there a wire?
The Stride 2 has a lightweight, separate pump motor connected to the wearable cups by a discreet tube. The motor can be clipped to your clothing or placed in a pocket, so it’s still completely portable and convenient. This tubing is necessary for the powerful suction mechanism, but the good news is it doesn’t limit the hands-free aspect of the pump, making it ideal for active use. This design differs from the completely tubeless Elvie Pump, as the tubing allows the Stride to maintain high suction while still being lightweight and mobile.
