I am a huge flat sleeper and I have changed my sleeping position since a long time to the one on the left or sometimes to the right. It's still very uncomfortable
Hi 3rd now I am 17 week pregnancy .. My baby hate right and left side bec my baby is not comfortable both. Only my baby is comfortable when I am sleeping back. Bec I have twins pregnant. I am in trouble sleeping.. My baby is doing great and kick.
So I always fall asleep on my left side, hugging a huge body pillow which is between my knees but I always wake up throughout the night flat on my back. π Iβve tried to put a pillow behind me or lean more forward on my side so Iβm less likely to roll on my back……but I always end up flat…on my back. π€¦ββοΈ This is my fourth pregnancy, Iβve always done this and my babies are fine! What would you do if in this situation? What can I do to truly stop myself from going belly up?! TIA β€οΈ
So i have a question hopefully you could answer in a future video. I know you said that when you go into labor naturally your body cleans itself out (poop wise lol) However, i was wondering if there was anything you suggest taking to help it along? And if you do take something like Miralax… does that affect the baby? Im not concerned about pooping on the table… im more concerned about being constipated and not enough room for baby to come out. Hope you can help! Thanks
Thank you so much for this video. I have been so uncomfortable for the past few weeks because I'm a right-side sleeper and I heard from other moms that I should only sleep on my left so night after night I've tossed and turned to force myself to be comfortable on my left. I hope tonight I can actually rest knowing my baby will be OK πππππ

can an IVF pregnant have a natural childbirth or she has no choice other than c section?
What about stomach sleeping? Sometimes Iβll wake up halfway on my stomach and halfway on my side. Iβm 36 weeks for reference!
How far along do you generally start trying to avoid sleeping on your back? I'm 21 weeks and start out on my side but always wake up on my back.
Thank you π I appreciate the knowledge you impact on us ππΎ
